We need you to help soar to even greater heights!
The support we provide - in funding, community building, and volunteer hours - is irreplaceable and invaluable to our school, teachers and students.
The PTO Executive Board works closely with school leadership to identify and address critical needs and ensure each dollar and volunteer hour is being put to best use.
The PTO is run totally by volunteers. We rely on committed parents and caregivers to organize and run the PTO and all our activities.
Each spring, we elect officers for the following year and begin identifying chairs of committees, activities and specific events.
In addition to the officers, the PTO has four standing committees on: 1) Communications, 2) Fundraising, 3) Community Building, and 4) Staff Appreciation. Throughout the year, there are also subcommittees and ad hoc committees led by volunteers that work on specific projects or events. These include Spirit Shirts, Yearbook, Classroom Coordinators, Art Masterpiece, events (Trunk or Treat, Glow Party and more).
The Bylaws fully explain the roles and responsibilities of the officers, committees, and membership. If you are interested in a position or want to find out more, please email us at info@heightspto.com
