Returning families don’t need to register, but they must:
- Log in using the same login information used last year.
- Tab through each page until you reach the final page that says “Finish.”
IMPORTANT: You must complete the final “Finish” step! Simply logging in is not enough. Make sure you click through to the last page to complete the process.
Each student must be registered under a unique email address. Students from the same family cannot share the same email account for registration.
"20 emails" sweepstakes
OUR BIG GOAL: MORE EMAILS. MORE DONATIONS. MORE IMPACT!
Last year, only 11% of our families loaded 20 email addresses. This year, our goal is to increase that number to at least 50% of families!
Why? Because every email is an opportunity to reach another supporter. Each email averages approximately $20 in donations. Loading 20 email addresses could mean an average of $400 in donations! Imagine the impact if more families took this simple step!
“20 EMAILS” SWEEPSTAKES
We’re making it fun to participate: students who enter 20 unique email addresses into their fundraiser by October 30 will be entered into a sweepstakes to win a NINTENDO SWITCH 2!!
Enter 20 emails by October 30 to qualify! Help us reach our goal of having 50% of Madison Heights families participate and make this year’s Fun Run our most impactful yet!
REGISTER FOR VISITOR BADGE
Come join the fun and cheer for our amazing students! All visitors must check-in, and obtain a district-issued badge to watch the Fun Run. You can sign up on the day of the race, but please note that you will have to wait while your application is processed and your badge is printed.
Helpful Tips for Check-In:
- Use the exact name shown on your state ID (no nicknames, please!) so we can match you in the system.
- Make sure each visitor’s name is listed separately if you want your badges pre-printed.
RACE DAY REMINDERS + SCHEDULE
- Send your student to school in ANY comfy athletic clothing and running shoes. We will provide colored running vests so you can spot your student while you cheer them on!
- Fun Run festivities will be in the morning, between 8 and 10:10 AM. Run times for each class will be provided as the day approaches.
- Arrive a little early and create a sign to encourage your Heights Hero. We’ll have poster board and markers ready for you to decorate with your biggest words of encouragement!

NO! Schoolfundr is offering their services to Heights free of fees. Tipping is optional and helps them cover their costs. You can change the tip amount by editing the dollar amount before completing your donation.
Prize distribution starts on November 13th. Some prizes may be delayed, but, rest assured, your kid will receive their prizes.
No. The kids are running on November 19th. We need parents to donate, push your child's fundraising link and come race day to cheer the kids on!
