Your business will be promoted through the following ways:

• Two mentions, semester based, on the Madison Heights Elementary PTO Facebook page, grouped with other sponsors including sponsor logo and website link.
• Two mentions in Classroom Communications during the 2023/2024 academic year, in specific ‘Sponsors of the PTO’ edition.  Classroom Communications are sent to parents with students enrolled at Madison Heights through a volunteer tree of communication with individual parents for each class emailing to all others.  

Your business will be promoted through the following ways:

• Two unique posts, semester based, on the Madison Heights Elementary PTO Facebook page. Posts can include a short description, logo, and website link.
• Two mentions in Classroom Communications during the 2023/2024 academic year, in specific ‘Sponsors of the PTO’ edition.  Classroom Communications are sent to parents with students enrolled at Madison Heights through a volunteer tree of communication with individual parents for each class emailing to all others. 

 The PTO provides sustenance to the teachers on days of parent teacher conferences and over teacher appreciation week, approximately 10 a year. Your support will help purchase a meal or to sponsor another event for the Madison Heights teachers. Your business will be promoted through signage at the event, and you will also receive the benefits of Level I sponsorship.  

 We typically have two larger events each year: one in the Fall and another in the Spring. With this sponsorship, you will have a table at the event to set-up and interact with the Heights community, your business will be recognized in  communications about the event, and you will also receive the benefits of the Level II sponsorship.  

1. Complete the back of form and return it with your payment to the Madison Heights school office or email it to fundraising@heightspto.com. 
2. Payment can be made by check payable to “Madison Heights PTO” and delivered to the school's front office, “Attn: PTO Sponsorships” or credit card through Square payment.
3. Upon receipt of form and payment we will reach out to provide and collect additional information for items described above.
